230 V AC To 400 V DC Power Supply Circuit Diagram

အခု circuit ေလးကေတာ့ 230 V AC To 400 V DC

Description

A lot of students are who don't know how to convert 230 volt AC to 400 DC. So today I am published  ' 230 V AC to 400 V DC circuit diagram ' on my blog. Working principle of this circuit diagram is very simple. You already knew the working principle of a bridge rectifier. This circuit is same as bridge rectifier and the working principle is also same. The fuse is used to protect the circuit, if the current is greater than 1 A.

DC- DC Converter 12V to 24V

This simple circuit is a DC-DC converter that converting up 12V source to a 24V. It can be used to run radios, small lights, relays, horns and other 24V accessories from a 12V vehicle with a maximum draw of about 800mA.
DC- DC Converter 12V to 24V
This DC-DC Converter can be used to charge one 12V battery from another, or step up the voltage just enough to provide necessary overhead for a 12V linear regulator. Using one op-amp as a squarewave oscillator to ring an inductor and another op-amp in a feedback loop, it won't drift around under varying loads, providing a stable 24V source for many applications. With a wide adjustment in output this circuit has many uses.

DC- DC Converter Notes
1. R6 sets the output voltage. This can be calculated by Vout = 12 x (R8/(R8+R7)) x (R6B/R6A).
2. L1 is made by winding 60 turns of 0.63MM magnet wire on a toroidial core measuring 15MM (OD) by 8MM (ID) by 6MM (H).
3. D2 can be any fast recovery diode rated at greater then 100V at 5A. It is very important that the diode be fast recovery and not a standard rectifier. 4. Q1 will need a heatsink.

LM2576 Based DC-DC Converter

LM2576 Based DC-DC Converter

Figure:1

Figure 1

The project utilizes LM2576 circuits to perform the same function as the commonly known voltage regulator LM7805 to produce a DC-DC regulator/converter that will provide stable regulated output voltage to supply electronic circuits.
The LM2576 DC-DC converter uses switching control t reduce the input DC voltage on average as it operates on the switching mode power supply. This is equivalent to a lower input voltage resulting in minimum heat dissipated. The control results in better regulated output, less energy wasted through heat, and the use for high current application. DC-DC converters are getting smaller nowadays and come in the TO-220 package.
The use of inductor is required in the interfacing of most DC-DC IC. The device is a simple DC-DC step-up converter where the typical LED requires about 2V to operate. A 1.5V battery can be used to drive the circuit. The oscillating circuit is formed by the transistor and generates pulsing output. Since the switching is quite fast, the pulsing output cannot be seen on the LED.
The circuit is tested to draw 1A using 5Ohm 50W resistor as the load. Various LM series IC chip can be tested using a multi-purpose board.

Using this circuit you can convert the 12V dc in to the 220V Ac. In this circuit 4047 is use to generate the square wave of 50hz and  amplify the current and then amplify the voltage by using the step transformer.
Attention: This Circuit is using high voltage that is lethal. Please take appropriate precautions

How to calculate transformer rating
The basic formula is P=VI and between input output of the transformer we have Power input = Power output
For example if we want a 220W output at 220V then we need 1A at the output. Then at the input we must have at least 18.3V at 12V because: 12V*18.3 = 220v*1
So you have to wind the step up transformer 12v to 220v but input winding must be capable to bear 20A.
